A seamless stay with incredible staff made for a delightful experience. I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary room upgrade and a birthday cake! The dining was sumptuous, yet there were minor delays in room service. The beautiful sea views from the room added to the magic of my visit.

Arriving at 3 PM, the room wasn't ready and I was checked into a partial sea view room despite paying for a panoramic one. There were also issues with the minibar checks happening during the afternoon rest, and after inquiring about airport transportation, I received misleading information that suggested an excessively priced taxi option. On one occasion, a dinner order mishap occurred due to a misunderstanding with a waiter that took too long to resolve, even involving a manager who insisted on an incorrect order.

I recently spent 3 nights in a Deluxe King Room with Balcony and Sea View. The cozy room felt luxurious, and the view of the sea was incredible. The staff were super helpful, and I enjoyed breakfast with a beautiful view each morning. Highly recommend!

What a fantastic stay! The breakfast spread was extraordinary, absolutely delicious with countless options. I couldn't get enough of the beautifully presented vegan dishes curated by the amazing chef. The only downside was the occasional wait for room service, but overall, I would definitely return!

Our Deluxe King Room with Balcony provided breathtaking views of the Marmara Sea. Attentive staff went above and beyond, even accommodating late requests for room service. The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, especially Busra at the breakfast lounge, whose friendly demeanor made each morning delightful. The hotel's location by the Marmara Sea provided breathtaking views that enhanced my experience.
